Sour, Funky and Wild Beer
Back in December I sat down with my friend Linus Hall of Yazoo to talk about Fortuitous (Their Smoked Sour project). Today Linus released the details of the 800 HAND BOTTLED release. I am so pumped for this release as it’s the first locally bottled sour beer I know of in Nashville.

My friend acquired a bottle for me. Have you tried it yet? I’d like to see a review.
Hi Matt- I tried it at the Winter Warmer and a bottle sample on the release day. I hate to do this but since I’ve been involved in the release I probably won’t have an official review to post. It just wouldn’t be fair in my mind. I’ll say this…Linus worked hard to get the blend just the way he wanted. Tasting it soon will give you how he intended the blend to taste. I enjoyed it when I tasted it and thought it was mighty fine fresh.
