This beer was originally brewed in February 2010. With an OG of 1.051. I used the Wyeast Lambic blend and later the dregs from 2 bottles of Cantillon. The beer is coming along nicely. Dry and a good amount of Brett cherry aroma backed up with a balanced amount of lactic acidity. The gravity at last check was 1.006.

I’m not familiar with brewing Krieks, but that gravity readings tells me it’s plenty dry. Will it get much lower than 1.006?

Hi Jason-
First off thanks for visiting and please forgive the brevity of this blog entry. It was my first one and I was just testing the format. I’m going to re-write the entire post soon.It may fall another point or so but .006 is a good point. It would probably take another year or 2 to get it down anymore.
